Working with Duncan and Chic Workshop, over the past several months, has been a great experience. I truly appreciate Duncan's expertise, true professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond the scope of our contract to get an end result that I was happy with. At first I was a little concerned that the time difference between New York and Hong Kong may be an issue but it never was. All aspects of my project were handled promptly and without delay. Duncan was always approachable no matter what the concern or problem and he was very patient when waiting for information from me.
